It seems a day doesn’t go by without Microsoft announcing an update or a new feature, so why should today be any different!

Today’s post is about one of the most popular SMB products, Outlook Customer Manager.
In Outlook 2013 and previous version Microsoft offered  Business Contact Manager, you can see the details here. But moving to office 2016 this feature/product disappeared…

Introducing Outlook Customer Manager

For Small to Medium Businesses this could be the feature that you have been waiting for, in fact one one of my first call to a client since moving to Team Venti i was was asked this very question.

I used to have access to Business Contact Manager and have had to keep a few peoples machine’s running outlook 2013 just to have this, do you know if it’s going to be replaced?

The answer then was no but i will get back to you, but not any more.
