Today we are in search of a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to put his/her experience to work in a dynamic/fast moving environment. The role is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in Mexico.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns to generate demand and build our brand. This is your opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads and increase conversions, including strategies for SEO optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and use insights to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
  • Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, and more, with a focus on SEO optimization.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, create engaging social media content, and engage with the audience to build a community and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and increase sales. Analyze the results of email campaigns and make necessary adjustments for future campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and use insights to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, and social media advertising, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to share insights with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

Skills and qualifications:

  • College degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills – fluent spoken and written English
  • Effective learning skills, desired background in B2B marketing
  • 2+ years of digital marketing, marketing platforms and/or campaign management experience
  • Email marketing experience, including campaign design and management
  • Experience creating and managing automated campaigns
  • Demonstrable success working in a fast-paced environment and within a complex national global organization (either as agency or department)
  • Experience with modern digital marketing platforms and practices
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong creative, analytical, and research skills
  • Collaborative spirit
  • Self-organized and able to handle multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to complete tasks successfully and on time
  • Demonstrable commitment to quality and attention to detail

Desirable qualifications

  • Technical comfort with platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEMrush, and CRM systems
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
  • Experience marketing in the United States market

  • We offer a competitive compensation package including salary and a generous profit-sharing program which you will qualify for after 6 months in the role.
