View your bill or billing history (Microsoft 365 licensing only)

In this article we will review the straightforward process of viewing your bill or billing history of your Microsoft 365 licensing. Before we begin, be aware that you must be a Global of Billing admin to do the following process. 

How do I see my billing history of Microsoft 365 licensing? 

Your Microsoft 365 bill can be viewed, printed, and downloaded following these simple steps

1. From the Microsoft 365 admin center, choose Billing > Bills & payments

2. Select the date of the invoice you would like to review, and then the invoice file

3. On the top right corner, select download PDF
