How to access a Shared Mailbox from OWA

1. From OWA, click on your name in the top right corner of the window

2. On the display menu, select Open another mailbox

3. A new Open Another Mailbox window will appear, enter the email for the Shared Mailbox you are trying to access

4. Click on Open, the Shared Mailbox will appear in a different tab on your browser
