Microsoft Kaizala is set for retirement

Microsoft Kaizala was a mobile chat app that for many years helped organizations stay connected and to coordinate employees. Being able to create work groups as well as private chats, Kaizala was one of the top tools of work management and secure messaging. However, Microsoft Teams, a work Hub titan came ahead and covered all the needs Kaizala was fulfilling and provided modern tools that best suited the needs of the new hybrid panorama. It is our duty to announce that Kaizala is now being set for retirement starting August 31, 2023.

All things must come to an end, so planning for your migration to Microsoft Teams is essential to ensure your organization’s well-being. Microsoft encourages us to plan beforehand this imperative transition. Therefore, Team Venti is committed to providing Kaizala customers with a clear upgrade path to ensure a smooth transition to Teams. 

Announcements for former Kaizala users

• For now, until August 31, 2023 current Kaizala users will experience no change in service. 
• You may discover Teams’ capabilities with Teams Exploratory experience or book a free consultation directly with one of our agents to plan your transition. You can expect guidance and additional resources (such as step-by-step tutorials, training, and more).
• No new tenants will be onboarded to Kaizala.
• New Microsoft 365 customers will be onboarded directly to Teams for chat, meetings, and calling.
