Microsoft Viva: 

The first employee experience platform

Since the pandemic started, the world has been in a constant state of change. Giving way to the acceleration of the digital era. This turned a process of adaptation into an overnight sudden change, making remote work the new normal. 

Microsoft has provided us with programs such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, to help organize and optimize the way we work and collaborate.  

According to an article published in the Microsoft 365 blog, in the second half of last year the number of active Microsoft Teams users climbed to 115 million. Also, Microsoft 365 users generated 30 billion collaboration minutes, just in one day. 

While these tools have helped us make the best out of remote work:

Microsoft Viva is a platform focused on growth, as well as emotional, professional and team growth. Viva helps organizations make the most of remote work, from a more human perspective.
