Team Venti interns participate in an accelerated six-month mentorship program that allows them to experience professional life via working on our Unified communications team the tasks assigned are critical to our clients´ success.
Who we are:

We are located in Austin, Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:
  • Implementing our call analytics and voice solutions through Microsoft Teams
  • Participating in the onboarding process for new customers
  • Testing and creating new products and services for customers
  • Giving IT support to client administrators and end-users, focusing on Teams phone services, support and configuration changes.
  • Communication may be through phone, email or chat.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
  • Handling ticket requests.
  • Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

Requirements

Qualifications & Competences:

We are looking for someone who:
  • Recent university diploma or students graduating in 2024 (IT, Systems administration, or similar)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-managed
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
  • Passion for learning
  • The position is mainly to learn about telephony services and other apps through Microsoft Teams, like Call Analytics, Contact Center, SMS; but also learn about Microsoft 365 cloud services.
  • No experience is required but would be nice to have any experience with cloud technologies or technical support.
Being able to work in a quiet space with access to a computer and headset in good working conditions.
