We have an opening for a Customer Support Specialist. This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in the United States. If you have 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support roles, we are interested in speaking with you. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist end users with Tier 1 technical support mainly around Microsoft Windows, Office and Microsoft 365. This is a remote role (no travel required) and you will communicate with customers via telephone, email and IM. This is your opportunity to:

Skills and qualifications:

  • Self-managed and responsible
  • 1-2 years of end user technical support with focus on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities, and maintaining focus
  • Solid understanding of PC, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of security best practices, antivirus and other IT security technologies
  • Critical thinking skills
